Terms of Service
I generally do commission work via kofi nowadays, which you can check for prices/open status.
my art style is heavily flexible. i'm often experimenting with particular styles, brushes, etc, and it is a big part of my art identity, which will translate into commissions. things may not look exactly the same as examples. while i don't travel outside of my comfort zone with commission work to assure consistent quality, please be aware of this before commissioning me.unfortunately, i am a physically disabled and mentally ill artist - my ability to work waxes and wanes, but my turnaround times can be from a week, to over a month. you may ask for an update at any time. as a result, i do not do deadlines.
i deliberately limit my time on social media. replies might not be instant.
i don't give out my discord to strangers for any reason, i'm sorry. i do not have a telegram.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without explanation.
I WILL DRAW:✔ human/oids, anthros, ferals

The following depends on a case-by-case basis; ask:
- Canon characters (depends on source material)
- fan characters (also depends on source material, this is much more lenient however.)
- depictions of hard drugs (no judgement, just personal reasons. depends on substance and extent. alcohol and weed are fine.)
- suggestive imagery (suggestive imagery depends on what's being requested, how explicit, and the character itself. you must be 18+. no explicit nsfw. i'm generally fine with drawing leather gear, unless the requested context is nsfw.)
• You can do whatever you want with artwork you own. Credit not necessary, so long you claim you created the work. I may post artwork to social media as I see fit. Private commissions have no extra fee, but this must be discussed before the piece has been completed.• Complex designs may incur an additional fee of a few dollars.• I only work off of clear, digitally coloured references. References must be SFW, or I will decline the commission*. I do not do custom design work, and I will not make edits to a characters design that differs from the working reference(s), unless the change is very minor and easy to understand.
*(I do not consider shirtlessness, regardless of the presence of breasts/nipples to be inherently NSFW. I am fine being linked to refs that contain gore or body horror, I am simply not confident in my ability to depict it.)• You can make minor edits (editing a pride flag onto a transparent bg, etc) are fine. Please do not make major edits (eg, into a different character, to change the design) to my artwork.
Mistakes in a characters design can be fixed by myself without charge, however, significant changes (pose, expression) may result in a small fee of a few dollars or more, depending on complexity and how much has been completed. Changes requested during the sketch phase incur no fee.• Refund policy depends on how much of the piece is completed. If has been started in any manner, I may only issue a partial refund.• My artwork is not to be used in anything blockchain-related, including NFTs, or used to train AI art models.
